Job summary

NetCov in the United States seeks a Network Engineer Team Lead to architect and implement complex network infrastructures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). You will mentor engineers, set standards, and ensure high-quality delivery from inception to production and attestation.

You will collaborate with the Network Architect on solution design, lead technical projects, and serve as the senior escalation point for complex networking challenges while driving process

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on networking experience, ideally in MSP/multi-client environments.
• Strong TCP/IP, L2/L3 forwarding, routing (OSPF/BGP/VRRP/HSRP), and L2 technologies.
• Hands-on with DHCP, DNS, RADIUS (NPS), and VPN/tunneling (SSL/TLS, IPSEC, GRE).
• CLI-level experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, and Ruckus.
• Strong understanding of AWS and Azure networking.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex on-premises, virtual, and cloud networks (AWS/Azure).
• Collaborate with Network Architect to design, review, validate solutions.
• Troubleshoot outages quickly with minimal client impact.
• Document client network environments thoroughly before handoff to support teams.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex networking challenges.
