Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Network Specialist, SME to provide expert-level guidance and lead strategic network operations for our client. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing LAN/MAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability, and security across complex environments.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in network systems, plus a Top-Secret clearance. Extensive vendor coordination and leadership across multi‑shift teams are essential to success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in network systems, technical guidance, and operations support.
• Top-Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Background check may be required by projects/clients at any time during employment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure across LAN/MAN/WAN for optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Lead strategic network operations and coordinate with vendors to resolve outages and performance issues.
• Oversee security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
