Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead design, modernization, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will drive network strategy, scalability, security, automation, and cloud networking initiatives to support growth and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong experience configuring and supporting Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN Technologies, QoS.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise network standards and reference architectures.
• Design scalable, secure network solutions for on-prem and cloud environments.
• Lead modernization initiatives: Zero Trust Architecture, SD-WAN, cloud-native networking.
• Design and support hybrid cloud networking (Azure hub-spoke).
• Drive network automation, IaC, and policy-based networking.
• Introduce AIOps and telemetry-driven monitoring for reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with vendors and MSPs.
