Job summary

Leidos in Arlington, VA seeks a senior network engineer to serve as a subject matter expert in design, testing, and deployment of enterprise networks, including WAN, LAN, DNS, wireless, and cloud environments.

You will maintain network design integrity, enable secure connectivity to cloud services, and provide high-level technical support to government teams. A TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years of experience are required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in network engineering and design.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems; or 15 years IT architecture/engineering experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, and managing software defined networking, IAM, mobility, imaging, collaboration, cloud hosting, and communication services.
• Experience engineering secure connectivity to cloud services (CSPs, private, hybrid).
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in network engineering design, testing, and deployment.
• Engineer, design, test, and implement enterprise network infrastructure and technologies.
• Maintain design and integrity of WAN, LAN, DNS, Wireless, and Cloud environments.
• Provide expert technical assistance to team members and Government on high-level requests.
