Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC in Madison, WI seeks a Lead Network Engineer to design, implement, and support our enterprise networking across office, data center, and cloud environments.

You will provide technical leadership for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security, administer Cisco platforms, and drive modernization and automation while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant experience required.
• Eight plus years of enterprise network engineering preferred.
• Experience designing and supporting large multi-site networks.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus/Meraki platforms.
• Strong collaboration across teams and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security.
• Administer Cisco networking technologies including Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki.
• Design and manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Support Azure networking services (ExpressRoute, VNets, Virtual WAN).
• Configure routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), VLANs, STP, HSRP, QoS.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams on secure network architectures.
• Develop network automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to standards.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery; participate in on-call rotation.
