Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, engineering, and operations of our Data Center, LAN/WAN, and hybrid cloud environments. You will ensure scalable, resilient, and secure networking for Advisors and clients.

Responsibilities include architecting data center, cloud, and on-prem networks, plus DR-driven WAN design. Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Data Center Core Network Engineering and Architecture in a Cisco-centric environment.
• 2+ years of Cisco NDO & ACI, Nexus, and Catalyst
• 2+ years of Data Center migration and Hybrid Cloud Networking experience

Responsibilities

• Engineer and architect Data Center, Cloud, and LAN/WAN networking solutions.
• Configuration and deployment of on premise and cloud-based networking technologies.
• Responsible for the network domain as part of our DR strategy.
• Wide area network design, deployments, and administration of MPLS, DIA, and SDWAN.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in an on-call schedule rotation.
• Technical lead for team, mentoring members.
