Job summary

Wisconsin Department of Administration is seeking a Network Engineer to modernize, secure, and support the state's enterprise network infrastructure. Experience with on-premises and cloud-based networks.
Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and secure enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and cloud networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, secure network services.
Create and maintain network diagrams, security configurations, and operational docs.
Plan and execute statewide network update initiatives and lifecycle replacements.
Monitor network availability, latency, throughput, and security; drive improvements.
