Job summary

Aduna Global, LLC is seeking a Senior Use-Case Lead to own one or two Network API use-case families, translating technical depth into compelling market narratives and customer value. You will serve as a trusted expert across fraud prevention, identity, authentication, and location services, influencing content, enablement, and strategic customer discussions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, specialist pre-sales, product strategy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: Fraud prevention, Identity and authentication, Number verification, KYC and identity matching, Location-based services, Telecom or Network APIs.
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial narratives, customer value propositions, and measurable ROI.
• Experience communicating complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.
• Confidence working directly with customers, partners, product teams, and commercial stakeholders.
• The ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor without direct people-management responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working across functions, cultures, and time zones in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Network API use cases end-to-end: Take responsibility for one or two use‑case families, covering technical depth, competitive positioning, customer value, and the “why now” narrative.
• Build compelling market narratives: Translate complex Network API capabilities into clear business outcomes, commercial value propositions, and ROI-focused messaging.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise: Establish yourself as a trusted authority in areas such as fraud prevention, identity, authentication, verification, KYC, or location-based services.
• Transfer knowledge across the team: Mentor and buddy‑pair with Content & Enablement Specialists, sharing expertise and helping the wider team produce accurate and impactful materials.
• Partner with Developer Advocate: Work closely with the Developer Advocate to ensure the technical accuracy and relevance of public‑facing developer content.
• Support vertical value creation: Help translate technical capabilities into industry-specific value propositions and ROI narratives for priority verticals.
• Support strategic customer conversations: Join selected customer discussions as “Expert Sales” support, reframing Aduna’s APIs around the customer’s challenges and desired outcomes rather than focusing only on technical specifications.
