Job summary

Aduna Global, LLC invites a Senior Customer Engineer to join their Customer Engineering team. You will align customer needs with platform capabilities, design technical solutions, and drive scalable integrations with operators and partners.

You will own complex problems, document recommendations, and help shape the evolution of Network APIs while working across global teams in a distributed product organization.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in API integration and platform engineering.
• Experience solving customer problems with technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and propose feasible technical solutions.
• Design platform adaptations aligned with standards like CAMARA and TM Forum where possible.
• Collaborate with customer teams and CSP engineers to troubleshoot and enable integrations.
• Translate market needs into clear technical recommendations for Product/Engineering.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and potential standard features.
• Develop demonstrations, PoCs, and reference implementations.
• Support prototyping and early-stage solution validation.
• Create engineering requirements and documentation for product development.
• Work with Product Management to feed customer feedback into roadmaps.
• Share knowledge across the Customer Engineering team to improve practices.
