Aduna Global, LLC seeks a Senior Use-Case Lead to join our Demand Generation Team and become the recognized technical authority for Network API use-case families such as Fraud Prevention, Authentication, KYC, and location-based services.

In this senior IC role, you will translate complex capabilities into market narratives, enablement materials, and customer value propositions, while mentoring colleagues and collaborating with the Developer Advocate to ensure accuracy across global customers.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product marketing or related customer-facing roles.
• Expertise translating technical capabilities into commercial narratives, customer value propositions and ROI.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.
• Comfort working directly with customers, partners, product teams, and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience as a senior IC without direct people-management responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; cross-time-zone collaboration.

We are looking for a Senior Use-Case Lead to join our Demand Generation Team and become the recognized technical authority for one or two Network API use-case families.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will own the technical and commercial narrative for use cases such as Fraud Prevention, Authentication and Number Verification, KYC Match, or Location and Quality on Demand. You will turn complex technical capabilities into compelling market narratives, practical enablement materials, and clear customer value propositions.

Your expertise will provide the foundation for the content, enablement, and awareness activities created by the wider team. You will also support selected customer conversations as a trusted subject-matter expert, helping position Aduna's APIs around the customer’s business problem rather than the technical specification.

What You’ll Be Focused On

• Own Network API use cases end-to-end: Take responsibility for one or two use-case families, covering technical depth, competitive positioning, customer value, and the "why now" narrative.

• Build compelling market narratives: Translate complex Network API capabilities into clear business outcomes, commercial value propositions, and ROI-focused messaging.

• Provide subject-matter expertise: Establish yourself as a trusted authority in areas such as fraud prevention, identity, authentication, verification, KYC, or location-based services.

• Transfer knowledge across the team: Mentor and buddy-pair with Content & Enablement Specialists, sharing expertise and helping the wider team produce accurate and impactful materials.

• Partner with Developer Advocate: Work closely with the Developer Advocate to ensure the technical accuracy and relevance of public-facing developer content.

• Support vertical value creation: Help translate technical capabilities into industry-specific value propositions and ROI narratives for priority verticals.

• Support strategic customer conversations: Join selected customer discussions as "Expert Sales" support, reframing Aduna’s APIs around the customer’s challenges and desired outcomes rather than focusing only on technical specifications.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, specialist pre-sales, product strategy, or a related customer-facing technical role.

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial narratives, customer value propositions, and measurable ROI.

• Experience communicating complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.

• Confidence working directly with customers, partners, product teams, and commercial stakeholders.

• The ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor without direct people-management responsibilities.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience working across functions, cultures, and time zones in a global environment.
