Job summary

Aduna Global, LLC is seeking a Product Manager, Operating Services to own the evolution of the platform’s operational capabilities, including onboarding, routing, monitoring, and dashboards across BSS and core services.

You will work with Engineering, IT, Commercial teams, leadership, and third‑party vendors to build a scalable, automated, self‑service operating model that powers the Network APIs of Aduna’s platform.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience owning platform, infrastructure, operations, or enterprise software products.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and external technology vendors.
• Experience defining requirements and managing products delivered through third‑party platforms or vendors.
• Ability to operate across multiple domains and maintain a strategic view across interconnected systems.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, systems integration, and operational workflows.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience leading change and influencing teams across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a highly visible role with broad responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction of Aduna’s Business Support Systems and onboarding, catalog management, ordering, usage, billing inputs, and reconciliation.
• Drive the transition from manual processes toward scalable self-service experiences.
• Own the roadmap and evolution of Telco Finder, routing intelligence connecting customer requests to operators.
• Define and improve ASP Registration journeys for seamless onboarding of customers and CSPs.
• Own product direction for platform monitoring, visibility, and reporting capabilities.
• Define and evolve internal and external platform dashboards for actionable insights.
• Lead development of new operational capabilities like consent management, compliance tooling, audits, and performance management.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Commercial, and PM teams to drive execution and remove blockers.
• Act as product counterpart for third‑party platform vendors to align with operating model and objectives.
• Support organizational change toward greater automation and scalability.
