Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) is seeking a Network Administrator 3 to serve as a senior technical resource. You will administer, optimize, and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, including security-enabled networks across multiple sites.

This role requires strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, QoS, and firewall experience. You will collaborate with engineering and IT teams to deploy secure, scalable network solutions that meet mission-critical demands, supported by proactive monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting, administering, and optimizing enterprise-class network environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, and multicast technologies.
• Hands-on experience configuring switches/routers/firewalls and wireless solutions.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues in mission-critical environments.
• Experience supporting high-availability, multi-site networks with reliability and scalability.
• Understanding of security concepts, defense-in-depth, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with OSPF and BGP in large-scale networks; Cisco ecosystems familiarity.
• Experience managing next-gen firewalls, security appliances, and monitoring platforms.
• Strong documentation skills with network diagrams, configs, and change records.
