Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) in Denver is seeking a Network Engineer IV to design, implement, and optimize complex enterprise networks across launch environments. You will serve as a senior technical expert leading major infrastructure initiatives and resolving mission-critical issues.

The role requires a BA/BS in a STEM field, 6+ years of related experience, strong routing/switching, firewall, cloud networking, and hands-on automation with Python or Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize complex network infrastructure across enterprise and launch environments
• Lead major infrastructure initiatives and resolve high-severity incidents impacting mission-critical operations
• Mentor Level 2/3 engineers and guide cross-functional partners on architectural decisions
• Drive modernization, automation, and secure connectivity across multi-site environments
• Own major network projects from design through deployment and stabilization
