Job summary

United Launch Alliance, LLC. seeks a Network Architect 5 to lead enterprise network architecture, setting multi-year roadmaps and governance across data center, cloud, and launch-site environments. You will align network, security, and connectivity with mission needs and engineering requirements.

The role requires senior-level expertise in routing/switching, cloud networking, and enterprise standards, with strong stakeholder collaboration and strategic thinking. Denver-area location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Four years of directly related exempt work experience may be used to satisfy the bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture.
• Expert knowledge of routing and switching technologies: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, segment routing.
• Experience governing architecture review boards and enterprise decision-making for network infra.
• Expertise in modeling resilience, risk analysis, and mission‑assurance engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year architectural roadmaps and govern enterprise standards.
• Ensure network, security, and connectivity systems align with mission needs.
• Provide architectural leadership across data center, cloud, campus, launch-site.
• Translate objectives into executable network architecture roadmaps.
