Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior NetSuite Supply Chain Architect to lead onboarding for 3PL and carriers, ensuring go-live commitments without disrupting fulfillment SLAs. You will drive data maturity across NetSuite and supply chain systems for trusted, single-source reporting.

You will own the integration of a global visibility platform, design scalable reverse logistics integrations, and partner with Engineering to reduce debt by moving to reusable API-based services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations with 3+ years designing/configuring NetSuite ERP.
• Proven experience building EDI integrations between NetSuite and logistics partners.
• Experience designing OneWorld/multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments at scale.
• Working knowledge of TMS and demand/supply planning within NetSuite workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate technical designs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for requirements analysis and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads NetSuite onboarding design/delivery for new 3PL and carrier onboarding, meeting go-live commitments without disrupting fulfillment SLAs.
• Drives data maturity initiative to improve NetSuite master data quality for trusted, single-source reporting.
• Owns integration of a new supply chain visibility platform for real-time shipment and inventory visibility.
• Designs integration for a global reverse logistics partner for scalable returns processing.
• Serves as NetSuite SME for Supply Chain stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable designs.
• Partners with Integration & Automation Engineering to move away from point-to-point integrations toward API-based services.
