Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain to own NetSuite as the backbone of our supply chain and logistics network. You will design and deliver NetSuite-based solutions, onboarding new 3PL and carrier partners, and drive data maturity for trusted reporting.

You will connect NetSuite with logistics partners, build scalable integrations, and act as the primary NetSuite expert for Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders while collaborating with Automation Engineering to

Qualifications

7+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations including 3+ years configuring NetSuite ERP.
Proven experience building EDI integrations between NetSuite and logistics partners.
Experience designing NetSuite solutions for multi-subsidiary environments.
Working knowledge of TMS and planning tech as they relate to NetSuite workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication translating technical designs for non-tech stakeholders.
Experience using AI assistants for requirements analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead NetSuite-side design and delivery for onboarding new 3PL and carrier partners.
Raise NetSuite and supply chain data quality for trusted reporting.
Own integration of a new supply chain visibility platform for real-time visibility.
Design and implement integration for a global reverse logistics partner.
Serve as NetSuite SME for Supply Chain stakeholders and translate needs into scalable designs.
Partner with Engineering to reduce integration debt via API-based services.
