Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain to own NetSuite as the backbone of our global supply chain and logistics network. You will design and deliver system solutions connecting NetSuite to 3PL, carrier, and reverse-logistics partners, enabling trusted, single-source-of-truth reporting.

You will work with our Supply Chain Technology & ERP Engineering team to mature master data, reduce integration debt, and provide stakeholders with real-time visibility and scalable,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations with 3+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP design/configuration.
• Experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics/3PL partners.
• Experience designing NetSuite solutions, including OneWorld/multi-subsidiary environments.
• Working knowledge of TMS systems and demand/supply planning related to NetSuite workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating technical designs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Uses LLM assistants daily for requirements analysis and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite design and delivery for onboarding 3PL and carrier integrations, meeting go-live commitments.
• Advance data maturity by improving NetSuite/master data quality for trusted reporting.
• Own integration of a new supply chain visibility platform for real-time visibility.
• Design integration for a global reverse logistics partner for international returns.
• Serve as NetSuite SME for Supply Chain stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Collaborate to reduce point-to-point integration debt and promote API-based services.
