Job summary

Imperial Headwear is seeking a NetSuite Solutions Architect to own the technical architecture and long-term roadmap for our ERP environment. You will lead design sessions with business and technical stakeholders, translating operations into clear NetSuite solutions.

You will architect and oversee integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, guide SuiteScript 2.x/SDF development, and drive data migration and governance across Financials, Order Management, and Inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7–12 years in ERP implementation, solution architecture, or enterprise systems consulting.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in SuiteScript 2.x and SDF.
• Proven experience architecting NetSuite integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong command of NetSuite ERP modules: Financials, Order Management, Inventory.
• Experience leading solution design conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience owning data migration strategy including CSV imports and cutover planning.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills; know when to redesign.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and long-term roadmap for NetSuite ERP.
• Lead solution design sessions translating operational needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Architect and oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Govern development standards, documentation, and governance for customizations.
• Mentor NetSuite developers and administrators, guiding architecture decisions.
• Partner with Financials, Order Management, Inventory, and other modules to optimize ERP processes.
• Lead data migration strategy including CSV imports and cutover planning.
• Troubleshoot complex cross-system issues and drive root-cause resolution.
