IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Administrator to scale and optimize the NetSuite ecosystem as the company grows.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and IT, requiring strategic thinking about systems architecture while hands-on configuration, administration, and cross-functional delivery keep operations running. The role also supports other Finance-related systems such as expense, travel, procurement, and tax.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in business systems or ERP administration, with 3+ years hands-on NetSuite in a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; finance/accounting knowledge beneficial.
• Experience with ITGC, SOX, change management in publicly traded companies.
• Ability to navigate government, commercial, and international business requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day NetSuite administration and operations; manage internal and external staff.
• Lead ERP migration and integration projects for acquisitions with architecture, data migration, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to document requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Maintain SOX controls, audit trails, and documentation across systems.
• Ensure compliance with government ITAR, GDPR, and other regulations.
