IonQ, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Administrator to scale NetSuite and other finance systems across Finance, Operations, and IT. You will architect, configure, and support ERP solutions while leading cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced, NYSE-listed environment.

The role includes end-to-end ERP migration, data migration, and continuous improvement to support growth. Remote-friendly in a US-based setting with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems or ERP administration with 3+ years hands-on NetSuite administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
• Strong finance/accounting knowledge
• Fluent in NetSuite Inventory and Manufacturing modules
• Working knowledge of ITGC controls and SOX compliance in publicly traded companies
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and competing priorities in a high-growth tech company
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Establish relationships with business leads and design, implement, and support solutions with technical and process expertise
• Incorporate complexities of government, commercial, and international businesses and related compliance (CUI, ITAR, GDPR)
• Own day-to-day NetSuite administration and operations, including managing internal and external support staff
• Identify and implement improvements to configurations, workflows, and module utilization
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions
• Lead end-to-end ERP migration and integration projects for acquired entities, including data migration and post-go-live support
• Continually enhance business systems to support organic growth
• Administer and optimize connected financial systems
• Maintain SOX compliant controls, documentation, and audit trails across managed systems
