Uniguest is seeking a seasoned NetSuite Systems Administrator to own and optimize our NetSuite environment for the Finance organization. This hands-on role requires strong NetSuite expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to independently design improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will configure modules, develop reports, and ensure data integrity while partnering with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Current NetSuite Certified Administrator.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration and administration.
• Experience with third‑party integrations and iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato.

Responsabilités

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Configure, manage, and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
• Design, develop, and implement system enhancements to improve Finance processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues with root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes and enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity and support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
