Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Associate to join the NetSuite team within the Digital Advisory practice. This role supports our Digital Advisory team, advising clients on strategy, technology, and transformation, with a focus on NetSuite ERP implementations and process optimization.

The position offers remote flexibility, opportunity to work with diverse clients, and exposure to multiple industries; requires Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related, NetSuite ERP expertise, strong communication,

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
Functional expertise with finance/accounting (record-to-report)
ERP implementation experience or professional services experience required
Ideal candidates will have NetSuite ERP Consultant certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and consultants

Responsibilities

Deploy NetSuite ERP solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals
Work in Managed Service environments supporting multiple clients with system optimizations
Lead discovery workshops with clients, gathering requirements and documenting business processes
Perform system configuration, testing and training
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
Demonstrate problem-solving mindset and drive continuous improvements across implementations
