Job summary

Southeast Steel Systems seeks a NetSuite & Business Systems Administrator to own NetSuite administration across Adel, GA and Tampa, FL, coordinating with CFO and leaders to improve data flow and tool integration. This hands-on role includes end-user training, documentation, and MSP coordination for operational systems.

The ideal candidate will manage user access, dashboards, reports, and SuiteScript work while driving process improvements and system adoption across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, business applications, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or ability to develop NetSuite administration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to distinguish user, process, hardware, software, and vendor-support issues.
• Ability to train employees and create clear written instructions.
• Strong organization, follow-through, judgment, confidentiality, and communication skills.
• NetSuite certification is preferred after successful transition into the role.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite user access, roles, permissions, configuration, updates, reporting, dashboards, workflows, SuiteApps, integrations, and other assigned system functions.
• Support NetSuite Phase II implementation and future enhancements, including testing, issue resolution, user readiness, process improvement, and adoption.
• Assist with SuiteScript and related NetSuite customization needs directly when within skill level and coordinate advanced work with approved external resources when needed.
• Own the day-to-day business systems ecosystem by helping ensure company applications work together, the right tools are used for the right business need, and system changes are sequenced to support operations.
• Develop and maintain clear system documentation, standard procedures, job aids, and training materials for NetSuite and other SSS systems.
• Train new and existing employees on NetSuite, company applications, system changes, and proper business processes. Identify recurring user errors and address them through coaching, documentation, or process changes.
