Job summary

Capax RM is seeking a Senior NetSuite Developer to own a highly complex NetSuite environment within a growing internal tech team. You will work hands-on to develop, optimize, and integrate NetSuite across multiple subsidiaries and currencies.

The role requires independent work, strong technical skills, and a track record of delivering end-to-end NetSuite solutions from development through testing and deployment. Expect collaboration with Directors and senior stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Experience with Map/Reduce scripts and NetSuite governance.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Experience in a large or complex NetSuite environment.
• Experience with multiple subsidiaries, currencies and intercompany transactions.
• Ability to understand NetSuite connections with other business systems.
• Experience owning technical solutions from development through testing and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with Directors and senior stakeholders.

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior NetSuite Developer to join a growing internal technology team and take ownership of a highly complex NetSuite environment.

This is a hands-on development role for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working across integrations, and having a real say in how NetSuite is built and improved.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and enhance NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics and Map/Reduce
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and systems such as Salesforce, Snowflake, billing and tax platforms
• Work with APIs and understand how data moves between NetSuite and other business systems
• Help design and improve NetSuite architecture and development standards
• Work with Git/version control and help establish best practices across the development team
• Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues
• Partner with Finance, Integrations, Salesforce and other technical teams
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand problems and build solutions
• Support a growing global NetSuite environment across multiple subsidiaries, currencies and countries

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is genuinely strong technically and can operate independently.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience with Map/Reduce scripts and NetSuite governance
• Strong understanding of APIs and integrations
• Experience working in a large or complex NetSuite environment
• Experience with multiple subsidiaries, currencies and/or intercompany transactions
• Ability to understand how NetSuite connects with other business-critical systems
• Experience owning technical solutions from development through testing and deployment
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with Directors, VPs and other senior stakeholders

The environment

This isn't a small NetSuite setup.

The environment supports approximately 60 subsidiaries, multiple currencies and a large integration ecosystem including Salesforce, Snowflake, billing and tax platforms.

You'll be joining a team with two existing NetSuite administrators, alongside experienced technical leadership and an implementation partner.

The business is continuing to grow internationally, expand its product portfolio and increase transaction volume, so there's plenty of opportunity to influence how the platform develops.
