Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer and Admin to lead design, development, customization, integration and administration of NetSuite ERP. You will partner with Finance and stakeholders to optimize processes, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep NetSuite expertise with business process knowledge and hands-on ERP management across enterprise environments. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IS/CS or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development.
• Proven ownership of NetSuite ecosystem as primary tech resource.
• Expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce and other systems.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer and Admin to lead the design, development, customization, integration, administration and maintenance of our NetSuite ERP platform. This role will serve as the primary technical and functional expert for NetSuite, partnering with Finance teams and business stakeholders to optimize processes, improve system performance, and support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1, SuiteFlow.
• Establish, follow, and promote technical best practices across development, implementation, deployment, version control, documentation, testing, and ongoing code maintenance processes to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable NetSuite solutions.
• Build and maintain custom records, forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and third‑party systems including Salesforce, payment processing, SSO and banking platforms.
• Create scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

NetSuite Administration

• Serve as the primary NetSuite system administrator and subject matter expert.
• Manage roles, permissions, user provisioning, security controls, and system governance.
• Maintain system configurations, release management, sandboxes, and deployment processes.
• Monitor system health, data integrity, and platform performance.
• Coordinate NetSuite upgrades, testing, and regression validation activities.

Business Process Optimization

• Partner with Finance to streamline business processes.
• Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend system enhancements.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Support monthly and quarterly bulk invoicing accounting processes.
• Develop advanced saved searches to support financial reporting and operational analytics
• Lead ERP‑related projects, enhancements, implementations, and integrations.
• Manage third‑party consultants and vendors when applicable.
• Document system architecture, configurations, and development standards.
• Provide user training, technical guidance, and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration and development and solution architecture experience.
• Proven experience independently owning and managing the full NetSuite ecosystem as the primary and sole technical resource supporting operations, development, integrations, and administration.

• Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
