Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated NetSuite Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite ERP solutions that support critical business operations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve processes, and maximize the value of the NetSuite platform.

The successful candidate will have hands‑on experience with SuiteScript, integrations, customization, automation, and NetSuite best practices.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Development & Customization

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom NetSuite solutions.
• Create and maintain SuiteScript 1.0/2.x scripts, custom records, forms, and fields.
• Develop and support SuiteFlow workflows and business process automation.
• Configure and customize dashboards, saved searches, reports, and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance concerns.

Integrations

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third‑party applications.
• Utilize REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk, and other APIs to support system connectivity.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve data synchronization issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams on integration projects.

Business Process Improvement

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation.
• Recommend best practices for NetSuite architecture and development.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business functions.

Data Management & Reporting

• Develop advanced saved searches, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance standards.

Testing & Documentation

• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document development standards, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Maintain version control and support change management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite development experience.
• Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience developing and supporting NetSuite integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer Certification.
• Experience with Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain processes.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools.
