Frank Bacon Machinery seeks a hands-on Controller to own end-to-end accounting using NetSuite. You will manage month-end close, payroll reconciliation, inventory and equipment accounting, and collaborate with CPAs on tax filings.

Qualifications

• Highly detail-oriented with strong NetSuite proficiency.
• Experience in inventory and equipment accounting within manufacturing.
• Ability to own internal controls and coordinate with external CPAs.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite as primary accounting system and maintain processes.
• Manage accounting dashboards, reports, workflows, and approvals.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, credits, and adjustments.
• Oversee checks, ACH, wires, and petty cash.
• Manage sales tax processes including SuiteTax.
• Record payroll and reconcile related GL accounts.
• Oversee employee expense reimbursements and policies.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closes with CPAs.
