Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Business Systems to own the NetSuite environment and oversee integrations across finance, operations, and connected commerce workflows. You will lead configuration, roadmap prioritization, and cross-functional support with engineers and trading partners, blending hands-on technical depth with leadership.

The role emphasizes automation, enterprise applications, and reliability, with remote US-based eligibility and a compensation range of $170,000–$190,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems or enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and SuiteScript 2.x development.
• Daily experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code or Codex.
• Proficient in designing integrations using REST APIs and SQL.
• Hands-on EDI experience with trading partners.
• Strong understanding of core business processes like order-to-cash and month-end close.
• Experience managing or mentoring technical staff.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and configure NetSuite configurations, workflows, and permissions.
• Build and maintain integrations with e-commerce and finance tools.
• Leverage AI coding agents for SuiteScript development and debugging.
• Manage EDI and partner integrations, resolving transaction issues.
• Lead the systems roadmap and prioritize requests across departments.
• Mentor a NetSuite engineer and drive execution in business systems.
• Ensure reliability and controls through monitoring and documentation.
