Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager, Climate Strategy to lead the strategy, execution, and governance of the firm’s global net zero commitments. This role sits within the Corporate Sustainability team and will drive enterprise-wide decarbonization across operations and the value chain.

This leader will own development and implementation of net zero strategy, environmental performance tracking, and will partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable emissions reductions, including

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, climate strategy, or related field.
• Expertise in GHG accounting, climate frameworks (SBTi, CDP, GRESB, GRI).
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and change management.
• Advanced analytical and data management capabilities with spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Experience in commercial real estate or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise Net Zero and Science Based Target strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Oversee decarbonization initiatives across operations, supply chain, travel, and real estate.
• Support governance and KPI frameworks for performance tracking and reporting.
• Partner with Real Estate, Procurement, Finance, HR and business lines to embed sustainability.
• Oversee Scope 1-3 emissions accounting and alignment with GHGP standards.
• Manage climate tech stack including GHG tools and energy data tooling.
• Lead data analytics, modeling, and scenario analysis for decision-making.
• Manage external partnerships with consultants, auditors, and data providers.
• Lead disclosures with CDP, GRI, SBTi and annual reporting.
• Support business development and client engagement with sustainability thought leadership.
• Develop education and change management initiatives across the organization.
