Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sustainability Advisory to lead enterprise-wide GHG accounting and data integrity for Scope 1–3 emissions. You will manage data collection, calculations, and reporting while aligning with global standards and supporting Net Zero targets.

The role partners with Controllership, Procurement and CRE to enhance data quality and drive decarbonization insights. Strong Excel and GHG Tools experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, finance or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in GHG accounting, sustainability analytics or ESG reporting.
• Strong understanding of GHG Protocol and Scope 1/2/3 accounting.
• Proficient with Excel-based data models and reporting dashboards.
• Experience with large datasets, data validation and audits.
• Experience implementing sustainability data systems.
• Excel expertise; Power BI experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy mindset.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in global cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute enterprise-wide GHG accounting for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
• Collect, validate, and organize activity data from stakeholders and third parties.
• Perform emissions calculations using standardized methodologies and tools.
• Maintain emission factors, methodologies, and documentation per GHG Protocol.
• Ensure data governance with controls, reconciliations and audit-ready docs.
• Support annual engagement with third-party assurance provider.
• Design and improve GHG accounting systems, tools and processes.
• QA data to ensure completeness and accuracy of energy and emissions data.
• Collaborate with Controllership, Procurement, CRE, Sustainability Services to improve data.
• Analyze emissions data to inform decarbonization strategies.
