Job summary

Matco Tools, a subsidiary of Vontier, seeks an experienced senior software engineer to drive web applications using Angular/React and .NET. You will lead development, coordinate with product owners, and mentor colleagues to deliver quality software.

You will design scalable solutions, perform code reviews, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires strong communication and independent work, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in web application development.
• Experience with .NET Core, C#, React, MVC, JavaScript, WebAPI, SQL Server.
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain web-based applications using Angular/React and .NET.
• Coordinate with client product owners and technical leadership to understand requirements.
• Lead software development activities and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Participate in code reviews and low-level design reviews with developers.
• Ensure timely delivery and manage project scope, milestones, and risks.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with QA.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products.
