Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience as Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead.
• Hands-on with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to boost productivity and quality.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, Azure OpenAI is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Development: architecture and technical design.
• Requirements analysis and documentation generation.
• Full-stack .NET app development (UI, APIs, services, DB).
• Code generation, refactoring, and optimization.
• Unit, integration, and automated test creation.
• IaC and deployment automation.
