Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Sr IT Digital Workplace Engineer to lead AI-powered solution design on Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and Gen AI. You will architect enterprise-grade APIs and microservices, integrate with Microsoft 365 tools, and drive MLOps practices.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering with AI/ML focus, deep Azure expertise, and strong leadership to mentor teammates and align AI roadmaps with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, SE, AI, ML, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering with at least 3+ years in AI/ML architecture, development and deployment.
• Deep expertise in Azure AI services and Gen AI development for enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI-powered solutions on Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and Gen AI.
• Architect scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns for AI deployment and integration.
• Mentor AI engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and define AI roadmaps and governance.
