Job summary
Keypath Education is seeking a Lead Software Developer to drive architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. You will lead the Product Development team, guide agile practices, and oversee CI/CD and DevOps in Azure DevOps, while advancing AI-enabled development including Copilot and Azure AI services.

Qualifications
- Senior-level experience architecting, developing, and delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
- Deep expertise in Azure DevOps CI/CD and deployment automation.
- Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in Azure, including Copilot and Azure AI Services.
- Proven success leading Agile/Scrum teams and driving iterative delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and operation of scalable, secure Azure-based solutions.
- Hands-on codebase development across the technology and services catalog.
- Provide leadership to Product Development team and daily standups.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated deployments.
- Mentor engineers and promote AI-assisted development practices.
