Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise applications using .NET/C# and Azure. The role emphasizes scalable software, automated delivery, and AI-assisted development to boost productivity and quality.

You will work with cross-functional Agile teams, develop CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to architecture discussions while improving performance and reliability. The position is hybrid with 2 days onsite in Arlington, TX.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on C#/.NET development.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with IaC (Terraform) and scripting.
• Agile/Scrum teamwork and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable C#/.NET applications.
