You will guide onsite and offshore teams, ensure timely delivery, and mentor developers while upholding security and quality standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, review designs for performance and scalability, and drive architectural decisions across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise .NET development.
• Proficient in ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server with EF.
• Experience leading onsite and offshore development teams.
