Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Sr .NET Fullstack Developer to lead a dynamic team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications using MS Azure, Angular 18, .NET Core, and SQL databases in Glen Allen, VA.

The Tech Lead will guide the development effort, implement cloud-based solutions, create rich Angular UIs, and ensure robust backend services. Collaboration with PMs, UX/UI designers, and DevOps will be essential for delivering secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a proven track record as a Tech Lead.
• Expertise in MS Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in Angular 18 and a solid understanding of front-end development best practices.
• Strong experience in .NET Core for building scalable backend services.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL database design, development, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with strong communication.
• Certifications in Azure, .NET, or Angular technologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools and containerization (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and RESTful API development.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cosmos DB.
