Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a structured environment on systems and applications.
• Deep knowledge of C#, .NET Framework 4.5+, and T-SQL.
• Experience with UI tech like Angular, React, CSS, HTML, TypeScript is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cloud development (Azure).
• Mortgage origination or AI-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, program, test, implement and deploy software applications.
• Collaborate with clients, IT resources, vendors and stakeholders to identify requirements.
• Ensure coding accuracy and create technical documentation; manage versions.
• Work with project participants to maximize productivity and timely completion.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Serve as project technology lead or functional specialist when appropriate.
• Investigate complex problems to determine root causes and resolutions.
• Share information appropriately while handling confidential data.
