Job summary

ReqRoute,Inc in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to guide the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Angular, C#, and SQL Server. The role requires mentoring teams and leading cross-functional efforts to ensure timely releases.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET Framework
• Proficient in Angular (v13-v16), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Strong SQL Server knowledge: design, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning
• Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, secure auth methods
• Hands-on Azure: cloud deployments, monitoring, production support
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical discussions
• Experience leading development, code reviews, and mentoring teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in global delivery environments

Job title: .Net Technical Lead
Role is onsite (5 days/wk) based out of Raleigh, NC

Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, C#, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and drive project delivery.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Review application designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Drive cloud adoption and application deployment activities using Microsoft Azure services.
• Analyse and resolve complex production issues, ensuring application stability, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor offshore and onsite team members, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful project execution and timely releases.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET Framework.
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v13-v16), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web application development.
• Expertise in SQL Server including database design, stored procedures, query optimisation, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure authentication/authorisation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, cloud deployments, application monitoring, and production support.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive technical discussions and solution design.
• Experience leading development activities, performing code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills with experience working in global delivery environments
