Synechron seeks a Sr .NET Fullstack Developer in Glen Allen, VA to lead a team building cloud-based apps with MS Azure, Angular 18, .NET Core, and SQL databases. You will mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices across the SDLC in a dynamic, multinational environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and hands-on delivery of scalable backend and frontend solutions for banking and financial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Expertise in MS Azure cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in Angular 18 and front-end development best practices.
• Strong experience in .NET Core for scalable backend services.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL database design, development, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
• Certifications in Azure, .NET, or Angular technologies.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; NoSQL databases like MongoDB/Cosmos DB.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in creation, maintenance, and implementation of software applications.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud-based apps using MS Azure.
• Develop rich user interfaces with Angular 18.
• Ensure robust backend solutions with .NET Core.
