Job summary

Peer Consulting Resources Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack .NET GIS Developer ArcGIS Pro in New York, NY. You will design, develop, and deploy full‑stack GIS solutions using .NET, ArcGIS Pro, and SQL Server while leading architecture and SDLC activities.

You will build and integrate GIS tools with ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET, Python, ArcPy, Arcade, and ModelBuilder, and work with RESTful APIs and cloud services on Azure. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional full-stack .NET development experience.
• Experience designing GIS solutions using ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcMap.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9.0, EF, MVC, SQL Server, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement full-stack solutions using .NET technologies and SQL Server.
• Lead architecture, design, coding, integration, releases, and production support across the SDLC.
• Develop ESRI ArcGIS Pro applications and extensions for spatial features editing.
• Build GIS tools and workflows using ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET, Python, ArcPy, Arcade, ModelBuilder.
• Develop and optimize relational and spatial databases; build RESTful APIs.
• Create cloud solutions with Azure App Service, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor developers, participate in code reviews, and promote best practices.
