Job summary

OnwardPath Technology Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Developer specializing in .NET and ArcGIS to design, develop, and optimize full-stack GIS-enabled applications. You will work with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET to deliver scalable solutions from Brooklyn, NY offices, with onsite work initially and hybrid collaboration after three months.

The role emphasizes Azure cloud services, SQL Server databases, GIS data management, and ESRI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a full stack .NET Developer with hands-on C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9.0, MVC, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Strong ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap GIS design and development experience (4+ years).
• Proficiency with RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET, Python (ArcPy), Arcade, ModelBuilder for editing tools.
• Experience with ESRI product suite including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies and ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET.
• Identify interfaces and data integration flows using Visual Studio platform.
• Develop and optimize database structures and queries with SQL Server.
• Utilize Azure services to build cloud-based apps.
• Integrate GIS applications with enterprise systems.
• Design and enhance ArcGIS Pro-based apps and extensions for spatial data editing.
• Automate GIS workflows using ArcPy, Arcade, ModelBuilder.
• Collaborate with UI designers and stakeholders; participate in code reviews and debugging.
• Create technical documentation and ensure security and best practices.
