Job summary
Base One Technologies is seeking a senior software and GIS specialist to lead development for a modernized maintenance system. You will design, implement, and integrate scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies and ESRI ArcGIS suite, collaborating with stakeholders and guiding a team of developers.
You will design GIS workflows, optimize databases, and deploy cloud services with Azure. Strong communication and project management are essential, along with experience in ArcGIS Pro/ArcGIS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, GIS, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years as a full stack .NET developer with C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
- 4+ years of ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap GIS solution design and development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET, Python, ArcPy, Arcade, Model Builder.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in system development using .NET/C#/SQL Server to modernize the maintenance system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, guide a team of developers, and oversee integration and implementation.
- Design, develop, and optimize GIS workflows and spatial data architectures.
- Ensure adherence to software architecture best practices, DevOps, and ALM processes.
