Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Arlington, VA is seeking a .NET senior developer to partner with federal health clients on major digital initiatives, balancing maintenance of mission-critical systems with opportunities to design and build new capabilities for NIH.

You will work across the full stack using C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, React, and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on reliability and accessibility in government projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in .NET full stack development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET ecosystem: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework.
• Frontend experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with SQL Server and stored procedures.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to read and modify unfamiliar code and perform operations/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance mission-critical systems for federal health clients.
• Design and build new capabilities for NIH-related initiatives.
• Work across frontend and backend layers and debug complex issues.
• Collaborate with QA, DBA, and other developers; communicate with clients.
