Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive .NET development (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core).
• Experience with React.js, xUnit, Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate end-to-end development.
• Cloud deployment experience with Azure services for web apps.
• Ability to articulate architecture decisions for enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architecture standards for full-stack apps.
• Lead design reviews and establish coding standards across the team.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prototype solutions and contribute code to critical-path items.
• Support modernization and migration of legacy systems.
