Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a .NET senior developer to partner with federal health clients on major digital engagement initiatives. You will balance hands-on maintenance of mission-critical systems with opportunities to design and build capabilities that further the NIH mission, shaping how we transform the landscape with innovative solutions.

The role demands deep .NET, C#, React, and SQL Server expertise; you will work across frontend and backend layers in a collaborative, client-facing environment

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of .NET full stack experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET ecosystem: C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, Entity Framework.
• Frontend experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS; full-stack capability.
• Experience with SQL Server; writing stored procedures and performance considerations.
• Comfort with layered architecture and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Ability to read and modify unfamiliar code; ongoing operations/maintenance focus.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across the stack; ability to triage cross-cutting issues.
• Experience writing automated unit tests.
• Ability to address Section 508 accessibility.
• Independent work style with collaboration across teams (QA, DBA).
• Effective client-facing communication skills.
• Experience RESTful APIs with C#/.NET; Agile/Scrum experience.
• Eligible for U.S. government clearance/public trust.
