Qualifications

• 8+ years of related application development experience.
• 5 years with Microsoft .NET platforms, specifically .NET Framework 4.6.2/4.8.
• Significant experience with C# and EF 6 or earlier (Database-First).
• SQL Server with complex T-SQL troubleshooting.
• Object-oriented programming and common design patterns.
• Unit testing with NUnit, xUnit, or equivalents.
• CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Agile team experience (Scrum or Kanban).
• Mentoring or leading other developers.
• Willingness to work with legacy codebases (Classic ASP, VBScript).
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Some flexibility for offshore collaboration in early hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical direction for the team.
• Mentor offshore Team Partners via pairing and code reviews.
• Establish and uphold coding standards and definition of done.
• Coordinate work across local, remote, and offshore members.
• Contribute feedback to inform future technology direction.
• Diagnose and resolve production defects across environments.
• Deliver maintainable enhancements meeting performance, security needs.
• Maintain the legacy Classic ASP application and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and monitoring.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and tooling.
