Job summary

USLI seeks a senior software development leader to guide a high-performance team responsible for creating and maintaining applications for mobile, web and in-house systems. You will mentor engineers, oversee initiatives, and ensure high standards of code quality and performance, while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires strong OO design, .NET expertise and close partnership with business and IT leadership; most work is performed on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficient in OO design, .NET framework, and software architecture.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• On-site work required 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight and direction on medium-sized team initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
• Mentor team members on complex technical subjects and best practices.
• Drive code reuse across the development lifecycle and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT leadership to align technical and business goals.
