Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Role Overview
As a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer, you will work within an agile development environment, collaborating closely with IT supervisors, project managers, and other developers. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and application design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing technical support. This role involves developing new applications and modernizing existing legacy systems into .NET applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with IT supervisors, project managers, and other developers in an agile environment.
- Gather and analyze requirements for new and existing applications.
- Design and develop robust .NET applications, including rewriting legacy systems.
- Perform application testing and deployment.
- Provide technical support for applications.
- Implement N-tier architecture and ensure compliance with coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other technical staff.
Required Skills
- .NET Web Development, including ASP.NET MVC applications with ADO.NET (10 Years)
- ASP.NET development using C# (10 Years)
- SQL Server database design and development, including query optimization, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions (10 Years)
- Developing web applications using .NET Framework 4.0 or higher (10 Years)
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience developing and securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) (10 Years)
- N-tier environments as related to development and deployment (10 Years)
- Code repository, code promotion, and recovery strategies using TFS (10 Years)
- Developing applications using Entity Framework (EF) 4.0 or later (5 Years)
- Developing reports using SSRS and SSIS, and making them accessible within an MVC web application (5 Years)
- Developing projects using Agile methodology with TFS / DevOps (5 Years)
- Developing with Visual Studio, including 2 years with Visual Studio 2019 (5 Years)
- TFS/Azure DevOps, including Git, Boards, and CI/CD pipelines (5 Years)
- REST API experience (2 Years)
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong influence, collaboration, and negotiation experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.

Additional Notes
- Consultants will be responsible for new development and/or rewriting legacy applications to .NET applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and other technologies.
- New applications will implement an N-tier architecture and comply with the organization's coding standards.
- Candidates must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment during the interview process; experience must be documented for review and verification.
- A background check will be conducted by the client.
