Job summary
Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Engineer L2 to partner with federal health clients, maintaining mission-critical Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions. You will sustain existing Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online while exploring new capabilities to advance NIH mission, with a small team and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint Online with breadth across all three.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and site configurations.
- Experience integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 data sources.
- Experience building and maintaining Power Automate flows.
- Experience with Power Pages for external-facing portals.
- Experience building Power Apps canvas apps and Power Fx logic.
- Understanding of Power Platform lifecycle management concepts.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD deployment patterns for Power Platform solutions.
- Ability to read, diagnose, and modify flows/apps/sites; strong operations mindset.
- Comfort troubleshooting cross-platform issues and permission-related problems.
- Able to work independently in a small team.
- Professional client-facing communication.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance (Public Trust).
